A native of the Florida Keys for over 30 years, Richard is extremely knowledgeable of the Keys. Richard worked in hospitality for over 12 years getting his Captains license as soon as he was old enough at 19 where he helped run his family's watersports business. Richard got his Real Estate license in 2002 when he first started finding his passion in Real Estate buying his first investment property. Since that time, he has bought, fixed, and sold numerous properties always moving on to bigger and better properties. Richard worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years helping buyer protect their investment in their real estate investments both residential and commercial.
Richard has a beautiful and loving wife of 11 years who owns her own Architectural firm here in the Keys and they have a smart and awesome 10-year-old son. Richard loves boating with friends and family. He loves to cook, working on which ever house is called home for that moment, loves history and is always ready to learn something new.
