Living and working in the Florida Keys since 1993 as a corporate officer of a construction company I bring many years of experience to my real estate career. I thoroughly understand all aspects of construction including the rules and regulations governing the building and remodeling of homes in The Florida Keys.

Additionally, I have been a contract housing inspector for FEMA for 16 years, helping people who have had a natural disaster affect the habitability of their homes, so they can get assistance for making their homes habitable again. I found as much joy when working with FEMA helping people get back into their homes so they can get back to living their best life.
I attribute the joy I receive from my work to my parents who instilled in me the good ethics of hard work and honesty. I have been married for 25 years to my wonderful wife Amy who was born and raised in The Keys. She has helped me to learn and experience an authentic Keys life. When not working I like snorkeling, spearfishing and just boating in general. Some of my other hobbies include golfing, hiking, camping and traveling.
